極めて稀に発生する斜顔裂の1例を報告した。症例は, 右側斜顔面裂に左側唇裂と両側性顎口蓋裂を合併していた。家族歴に特記事項を認めなかったが, 母親が妊娠初期に貧血と膀胱炎のため家庭薬と売薬を服用していた。患者は, 分娩経過に異常なく生下時体重3,070gで誕生した。顔面所見としては, 両側上口唇に不完全破裂を認めた他, 右側の鼻翼外方から右側内眼角にかげて陥凹がみられ, 右側内眼角は内下方に, 右側鼻翼は上内方に偏差を示すmedial oro-ocular cleftの斜顔面裂を呈していた。生後7ヶ月で, 右側唇裂部をzigzag切開法により, また, 生後10ケ月で, 左側唇裂部をMillard法により形成した。更に, 1歳10ヶ月で口蓋形成術を行った。6歳となった現在, 右側内眼角と鼻翼の偏差は比較的目立たなくなって来ているが, 上顎の劣成長傾向がみられ,
