 note = {application/pdf, 記憶の外的補助具を利用することは、記憶障害を抱える人々にとって有効であることが指摘されてきた。本研究では、補助具の一つであるメモリーノートに着目し、記憶障害を有する一事例を対象として、メモリーノートが利用される場面や記入される内容など実生活場面での利用実態について分析を行った。その結果、自宅や作業所では自発的にメモリーノートを利用するものの、それ以外の場面では自発的な利用はほとんど見られないことが明らかになった。しかしながら、本人にとって印象的な出来事が生じた場面や必然性のある場面、メモリーノートの利用を想起させる手がかりがある場面では主体的にメモリーノートが利用されることも明らかになった。このことから、記憶障害者が主体的に補助具を利用するためには、継続的な利用の促進と同時に、本人にとって意味のある動機や必然性をもつことが必要であり、補助具は記憶障害者にとって単に不足する情報を補うために用いられるものではないことが示唆された。, Previous studies have pointed out the use of memory aids can prove effective for memory-impaired people. The present study analyzed an actual situation in which a memory-impaired person uses a notebook in her daily life, fills it with written reminders and uses the entries. The results revealed that the subject used the notebook on her own at home and at work but almost never anywhere else. However, she used the notebook when something impressive happened, when she felt a strong need to use the notebook, or something reminded her to use it. Thus, the finding suggested that one should continuously urge the memory-impaired person to make use of the notebook and at the same time motivation him or her to use it as a necessity for daily life.
