内容記述 Mechanical property at high temperatures and influences of particle distribution on the mechanical properties of hot extruded or of hot pressed dispersion strengthened irons containing Al_2O_3, MgO and SiO_2 were investigated. The results obtained were as follows : The temperature dependence of mechanical property of Fe-SiO_2 alloy was larger than those of Fe-MgO and Fe-Al_2O_3 alloys and the latter alloys showed almost the same behaviors. The yield stress, the tensile strength and the hardness were also superior to those of the latters at each temperature ; especially, the tensile strength of Fe-SiO_2 alloy at room temperature was over 100 kg/mm^2. The ductilities, such as elongation, reduction of area and shock value, were inferior to those of pure iron. A linear relationship between the yield stress and the reciprocal mean free path was found in agreement with Orowan's relation, but the slope of the experimental straight line was steeper than Orowan's theoretical slope. The room temperature hardness (V.H.N.) was proportional to the log. of the mean free path. Shock value-mean free path curves showed a maximum shock value at 2~3 microns of the free path. The mechanical properites of Fe-MgO and Fe-Al_2O_3 alloys showed almost the same behaviors, but differed from that of Fe-SiO_2 alloy.
