| 内容記述 | 東北大学インターネットスクール(ISTU)を教育イノベーションと位置付けた上で、ISTU支援組織であるISTU支援室によるこれまでの普及活動と現システム稼働時に筆者が中心となって作成したチュートリアル・マニュアルについて、Rogers (1983)の「イノベーション決定過程の段階モデル」に照合した。その結果、これまでの普及活動はマス・コミュニケーションに依存したものが多く、知識の提供には有効である一方で、説得には有効でない可能性が示唆された。今後は対人コミュニケーションによる説得の強化、試行可能性をより高めるたあの体制、そして実行時においてイノベーションの再発見を可能にし得るような、対人コミュニケーションによるより多くの情報提供が重要であることが明らかになった。また、政策面での普及促進等、ISTU支援室では対処不可能な問題も明確になった。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | In this report, diffusive works for an educational innovation, "Internet School of Tohoku University (ISTU)" by ISTU support staff, and tutorial-manual for current ISTU system edited by the author and his colleagues were compared with "A Model of stages in the Innovation-Decision Process (Rogers, 1983)." It was suggested that most of their diffusive works and distribution of the tutorial-manual for current ISTU system depended on mass media channels which are effective for the "knowledge stage" and ineffective for the "persuasion stage." Thus, increasing persuasion via interpersonal channels, structure for higher trialability, and providing more information via interpersonal channels that re-invention can occur on the "implementation stage" are important to further diffusion. Finally, a problem that is not resolvable for ISTU support staff, such as political support, was suggested. | |||||||
